Conrad is an experienced private, property and commercial lender, having been in the Finance Industry for over 30 years, with a vast array of knowledge and market collateral. During this time Conrad has built an enviable network of industry contacts, advisors and advocates but is always happy to engage new clients.

He is a specialist in industry lending including property development & investment, childcare, aged care, accommodation and management and letting rights. With a long history of commercial and private lending, mezzanine funding and equity and seed funding solutions, supporting a catalogue of transactions of all shapes and sizes, Conrad’s litany of experience and knowledge allows for bespoke solutions for most occasions.

Having held senior lending roles over many years he is ideally placed to assist both new entrants and existing operators in all facets of funding.
