For the last 10 years she has been focused on building deep industry knowledge across  Health, Education, Childcare, and Community sectors, and delivering growth capital solutions tailored to help businesses achieve long term growth strategies.

Sharon is committed to delivering strong customer-focused results and is well placed to assist both new and existing operators with funding for acquisition and working capital needs for new or existing going concern businesses, freehold property and major capex requirements. 

Her understanding of Childcare & Social Infrastructure more broadly, together with  strong background in cashflow lending, will offer a differentiated experience as she will work closely with you to achieve the most optimal deal structure throughout the different growth phases of your business.

On a personal note, Sharon is based in Sydney, married and mum to two golden retriever puppies. You will likely find her at her local golf course most Saturday afternoons.
