2022 Australian Crypto Convention Ticket Giveaway

The Promoter of the 2022 Australian Crypto Convention Ticket Giveaway (‘Competition’) is Finexia Securities Limited (ACN 608 667 778) (‘Promoter’).

Competition opens 12:00pm AEST 6 September 2022 and closes 12:00pm AEST 11 September 2022. To enter, contestants must answer the question on the Finexia Instagram and Facebook pages; “What will the price of Bitcoin be on 12 September at 12:00pm AEST”. Entries will only be accepted via message on Facebook Messenger or Instagram Messenger. Winners will be determined by the closest answer to the value of Bitcoin in USD provided by live data presented on https://www.binance.com/en-AU/price/bitcoin at 12:00pm AEST on 12 September 2022. In the event of a draw, the earliest entry will take priority.

The Competition is open to all Australian residents. Entries are limited to one entry per person. In the event of multiple entries from one entrant, only the first received entry will be accepted. Should an entrant delete an earlier entry, they will be disqualified from the competition at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter has no responsibility to accept late, lost or misdirected entries. Employees and immediate family members associated with the Promoter are not eligible to enter this competition.

The promotional prize pool is valued at A$2,988.00 and includes 12 prizes of single-entry weekend general admission tickets (‘Ticket’) to the 2022 Australian Crypto Convention on the Gold Coast, valued at A$249.00 each (1 Ticket per winner).

Winners will be contacted between 12 September 2022 and 16 September 2022 via the @thecryptocollective_ Instagram and https://www.facebook.com/finexiafinancialgroup/ Messenger services. Winners are required to provide their full name, suburb and email address to a representative of the Promoter. Tickets will be distributed via email. Winners will also be published on the www.finexia.com.au website.

Should a winner be unable to accept their prize, the Ticket will be offered to the closest non-winning entry. For example, the thirteenth closest entry.

Entrants consent to the promoter using the entrant’s name and contact details for an unlimited period and agree to have this information used for promotional and marking purposes. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. Entrants should read the privacy policy before entering, which can be accessed via www.finexia.com.au/privacy/.

The Promoter’s decisions are final.
